A small-medium Agave, its firm leaves are dark green with clearer streaks. It is characterized by thorny margins. It can be grown without any special treatment even in moderately cold areas, as long as the substrate is drained and dried. It tends to form new plants at the base, these must be periodically removed to improve the development of the main plant.
