National day of Mediterranean nursery production

Trade fair

Organised in partnership with ANVE, the Italian national association of exporting nurseries, and the university of Bari. The day is built around two key moments: A technical and scientific conference on a topic related to the cultivation and economics of Mediterranean plants; and the presentation of the Stefano Capitanio award for the best university thesis addressing the economic, agronomic, plant health and regulatory aspects of growing Mediterranean plants. Supported and sponsored by the leading trade associations, the Apulia region, the province of Bari, the municipality of Monopoli and the major Italian universities, as well as by companies in the sector, the event is a point of reference and one of the most important occasions for meeting and exchange in the area.
