Furthermore, with your consent, we may use your contact details for market research and satisfaction surveys aimed at improving our services and our relationship with users. Such communications will be sent exclusively through the methods you have selected (email, SMS, telephone, postal mail or WhatsApp).

Legal Basis for Processing

This legal basis legitimises the processing of personal data carried out for the following activities:

1. For purpose 1), namely the conclusion and performance of a purchase contract and the management of requests submitted to our offices (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as the provision of services offered on Vivaicapitanio.it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
2. For purpose 2), the data collected will be processed pursuant to Articles 6(1)(b) and 9(2)(b) GDPR in order to assess your application and evaluate your skills and abilities in relation to the needs of Vivai Capitanio Stefano. Pursuant to Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as introduced by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (the “Privacy Code”), consent to the processing of personal data contained in CVs voluntarily submitted is not required.
3. For purpose 3), on the basis of your express consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); such processing will only be carried out where you have expressly provided your consent.

Providing your personal data for purpose 1), namely where required by a contractual obligation and the legitimate interest of the company in preventing and pursuing any fraudulent activities, is mandatory. You are free to provide your data or not; however, if the requested data are not provided, we will be unable to conclude or perform the contract or respond to your requests.

Providing your personal data for purpose 3), namely for marketing activities and subscription to our newsletter, is entirely optional.

Who Processes the Data

Your personal data will be processed by Vivai Capitanio Stefano’s internal personnel, including employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller, who have been assigned specific and/or multiple processing activities concerning your personal data. These individuals have received specific instructions regarding data security and the proper use of personal data and are defined as persons authorised to process personal data under the direct authority of the Data Controller.
