Like the classic white-flowered westringia, this pink-flowered one can be easily confused, and perhaps even more so, with rosemary, so much so that in some areas of the world it is known as "coastal rosemary". It is an evergreen bush, native to Australia, which tends to take on a more sprawled development than the classic westringia and has pale green leaves. Indicated to form dense low hedges (1,5-2 m), as a single specimen or in combination with other flowering plants or with contrasting foliage; in dry gardens or near the sea, but also more internal and elevated. The rich flowering of tiny pink flowers increases the decorative value of this plant between May and October.
