Rustic perennial and deciduous bush, with rapid growth and dense and rounded shape, belonging to the Asteraceae family and widespread spontaneously in the coastal regions of Japan: when fully developed it can reach and exceed 70 cm, both in height and width. Branched and woody from the base, it has rigid stems, which rising and spreading apart give it a thick, tidy and hemispherical appearance: the leaves, thick, fleshy, hairless and beautiful dark green, are oblong, slightly lobed at the apex and arranged radially. In autumn, supported by long stems, daisy-like flowers appear, characterized by white, multiple petals, and a central button that from the initial acid green then turns to golden yellow.
